We are not an affiliate, partner, joint venturer, or agent of Erika’s Place Homes, LLC, BTH Morgan, LLC (the Declarant), or MD Management Inc. (the Developer of the Twin Creeks Village MPD).
Any representations regarding community amenities including but not limited to pools, clubhouses, trails, or common areas planned for the Twin Creeks Village MPD or future phases of Erika’s Place and are based solely on information provided by the Declarant or Master Developer. These amenities are subject to the sole discretion of BTH Morgan, LLC and/or MD Management Inc., and are subject to change, delay, or cancellation without notice.
